We had a lovely stay. The staff is helpful all around and first rate. We enjoy it so much that we are making plans for the return. The location, away from many busy locations, adds to the enjoyment of the stay.

I Vivai Hotel was incredible as our entire group of 41 guests traveling from Texas stayed here during our wedding week, which was held at the neighboring Villa Pazzi wedding venue. The hotel grounds and rooms are beyond beautiful, and the staff was so accommodating months leading up to the wedding making sure we had everything we needed. The Vivai team went above and beyond for us, whether that was arranging transportation and taxis for everyone, providing restaurant recommendations, lending a steamer for clothes, and more. Breakfast was also great, and the team at the restaurant was very kind. It was the dreamiest luxury stay for my guests and I can't recommend them enough!

Hotel is new, very nice and well designed. Breakfast is nothing special, not much to choose. Garden and poll is beautiful but pool is also open for guests outside the hotel and it was very busy. Not a place to relax. Service at dinner was disappointing but food was good. For the price of 300€ a night I expected much more.

We chose to stay here for 5 nights because we were getting married at the venue right next to this hotel. Most of our guests also stayed here, so it was pretty much fully booked by us. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the restuarant food was great. We also threw a small pre-wedding dinner/party at the restuarant which went very well. I'm happy that we chose to stay here. I would definitely come stay here again, if I were to come back.

Great hotel design with a nice pool, although the airconditioning was not enough for the room and temperatures were high inside. Breakfast was a bit dissapointing, but pool bar and dinder was great.
